How do I order?
Simply call us on 0330 1331678, contact us via our website or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who do we need to contact to arrange delivery?
When your furniture request/Enquiry is made via our website. So, a member of our team will contact you within 2 working hours. We will go through any questions that you have regarding the order and liaise with booking in the furniture delivery.
Can I change items in the Packages?
Yes. Make as many changes as you wish and/or exchange items between packages to suit your needs. The final price may differ according to the items you have chosen – we will send you a quote based on your selection.
What are your delivery arrangements?
We usually make delivery during the week Monday-Friday. We will work with you to your desired delivery day on national deliveries, where packages have been ordered. Lead times for products and packages will vary depending on the products ordered. When placing your order a member of our team will provide you with an estimated delivery time frame. We will contact you the day before your delivery and can call you 30-60 minutes before your delivery on the day of delivery.
Will you collect key for deliver of items?
Yes, we can arrange to collect keys on your behalf from an estate or letting agent located close to the delivery address free of charge.
Will you assemble the items when you deliver?
The items will be delivered, assembled (were applicable) placed in the appropriate rooms and all waste packaging removed by us.
Can you collect old items when delivering new?
One-off items will be charged at £15 per item or £25 per sofa, on a like for like basis when delivering new. If you require multiple collections of items. Then please contact a member of staff to discuss before delivery. Our delivery team will not collect any old items. If you didn’t tell us about it before delivery. We cannot collect reclining sofas.
I have awkward access/parking restrictions?
Please notify us in advance of any awkward staircases etc. So, as we may advise you to look at more suitable products that will be able to fit into the space you have available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheques, bank transfers, debit and credit cards. We take all payment upfront, without exception and are happy to provide references.
